Central Liverpool Primary Care Network are recruiting for the role of Health & Wellbeing Coach. The network has a population of over 100,000 patients across its 9 practices.

Health and wellbeing coaches will contribute in tackling heath inequalities by supporting patients of the Central Liverpool Primary Care Network (CLPCN) to engage with lifestyle changes, preventing ill-health by means of behavioural change techniques.
