An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Pharmacist to join Central Liverpool PCN’s expanding pharmacy team and to work with the member practices which includes the Kensington, Marybone, Princess Park, Vauxhall, Abercrombie, St James, Dingle Park and The Elms. We wish to expand our pharmacy team to deliver high quality pharmacy services across our network.

As part of our team of 5 clinical pharmacists you will provide expertise in medication reviews, support patients to manage long-term conditions through medicines optimisation and improve patient care by increasing communication between general practice, community and hospital pharmacy.
