Healthwatch Liverpool patient focus group on GP services

Healthwatch Liverpool would like to hear from patients in the city about their experiences of GP services during the pandemic.

In the past year we have seen lots of changes to health and social care services because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The number of face to face appointments has been substantially reduced, and many more GP and practice nurse appointments now take place online or by phone.

Healthwatch Liverpool would like to hear about your experiences of GP services during the pandemic. What do you think has gone well, what could be improved, and what would you like to see in the future?

An online focus group will be held on Zoom on Tuesday 30 March 2021, 10.30am-12.15pm. Click here to register.

Any questions and feedback received will be passed on anonymously to Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and/or NHS England. Healthwatch Liverpool will also write a short report about the focus group which will be published on their website and sent to Liverpool CCG, NHS England and Healthwatch England.

If you aren’t able to attend the session, but would still like to ask a question or leave feedback, you can email: engagement@healthwatchliverpool.co.uk, call: 0300 77 77 007 or fill in an online form.
