Psychosexual Therapy Service
What is Psychosexual Therapy?
Psychosexual therapy is a specialised type of talking therapy that focuses on helping people with sexual difficulties, intimacy issues, and the emotional aspects of sexual relationships; It’s primarily designed for individuals or couples and takes into account both the physical and psychological factors that can affect sexual wellbeing.
At the CLPCN our dedicated psychosexual counselling service is tailored exclusively for female patients who are registered with one of our 6 practices under the Central Liverpool Primary Care Network.
Our compassionate and experienced team are here to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can address any concerns or issues related to your sexual health and relationships; this service is designed to empower you. In short — psychosexual therapy helps you understand, address, and overcome sexual challenges so they can have a more satisfying and confident sexual life, improving both emotional wellbeing and relationships.
