Improving Menopause care for Women across Cheshire and Merseyside in March 2024, we told you about our Menopause care pilot between Liverpool Women’s (LWH) and Central Liverpool Primary Care Network (CLPCN). The pilot ran from April 2024 to September 2024, however clinics actually continued until February 2025; supporting to reduce waiting times for LWH Menopause patients. We are very proud of the successes of the service in this time.

Thanks to the successes of the Central Liverpool pilot, Liverpool Women’s are offering additional clinics now in collaboration with South Sefton PCN. This is benefitting patients in the north of the city to access Menopause appointments closer to home, in the same way as Central Liverpool PCN offered.
