Central Liverpool Primary Care Network is a group of 6 GP practices, working with others, with the aim of improving health and wellbeing and addressing health inequalities in central Liverpool. 

The CLPCN Hub is at 81 London Road, Liverpool L3 8JA

This is the main site for CLPCN, which acts as the administrative centre and also a base for many of our services.
